Hi, I’m Tanja, an owner of Creastock, and I founded this company on the very first day of the year 2000.
I’m a globetrotting photojournalist and content writer constantly on the move by trains, planes, and automobiles, and often on my own two feet.
I’m a wanderlust minimalist passionate about food, hiking, and natural hot springs.
I was born and educated in Finland and have traveled to 86 countries. Though not many new countries lately, as I keep returning to my fave places. Many of those are located in Italy and Japan. I spent quite a few nomadic years, then found my own spot in Belgrade, Serbia.
In 2024, I returned to my native Finland to find out what’s happening in the happiest country in the world.
I specialize in working life, industrial and architectural photography, but I also work in so-called “third world” countries, covering human interest and development work topics for magazines and newspapers.
I have a degree in photography (actually, a couple of them: advertising and portraiture, plus master’s studies in photojournalism)
I’m also a writer, and I produce content for my clients and for my own blogs, all four of them.
I also do coaching about marketing and entrepreneurship, especially for owners of small businesses.
